Will I need gauges if I run the Edge EZ, and will I burn my clutch out.

In my opinion, no, and probably not. I ran the EZ for around 30,000 miles without gauges and without any other problems.

I ran the EZ maxed out for about 9 months. Never had a problem with the clutch, just sheared the flywheel bolts off in the crank. Guess the stock clutch holds pretty good

BigDave, those temps are a little low. I could hit 1200 degrees when my truck was stock. My Quad on the middle setting is probably close to an EZ on level 3 and I can easily hit 1400+ degrees on a hard pull......

I can easily hit 1350 degrees pulling my trailer on a grade on level 1. Uh, yeah I would get gauges.

I wish I had put my EGT probe in the manifold to see the readings there. I couldn't tell much with it after the turbo.
