Edge EZ or Quad XZT (press. only) with Smarty?

I didn't find to many threads on this so I'll ask the question. For those who have it or have heard of it or have an opinion on it. Which stacks better, has better power, better seat of the pants feel with the Smarty? I've consulted with a few professionals and now I want some opinions. I know the EZ costs considerably more than the XZT, but I'm not worried about that right now. I don't really want the mp-8 since it's a little more pressure than I really want. So what do you guys think?

Edge Juice with Attitude

I have a 2006 2500 2WD Dodge MegaCab with the Juice, Airaid Intake system, and Banks Monster 5" exhaust. The Juice was easy to install for the most part. There is a picture of one of the steps which wasn't very clear and made that step a little harder since the connection is under the dash. I did not drill the hole in my Exhaust manifold either that I left for the experts at 4 Wheel Parts Performance Center. I had them drill the hole and install the EGT sensor when they installed the Banks Monster Exhaust. The Airaid improved the gas mileage above 70mph. But the performance increase came after installing the Juice with Attitude. I've installed a lot of performance parts on my vehicles over the years and have never had anyone part provide such an increase in performance before. I am very happy with performance Level 3 (Street), Level 2 (Towing). No need to experiment beyond Level 3 for me, have all the power I need. For the most part I run around in the Economy setting. My average highway mileage has been 23.5 and as high as 24.2 if I avoid using the power to pass everything on the road. My city driving runs around 17.8 to 18.5mpg. My FORD F250 was lucky to get 10mpg no matter what I did.

Speaking of which, is there a pressure box that will limit the high pressure? I run the EZ and i'll push past 27K on level one. I'd like to know if someone has something that build pressure fast and then make it stop at 25.5K or 26K. The injectors just don't like to work right past that.

The smarty beta software does pressure also,no need to buy another box
The pressure stops climbing at a safe level but gets up there pretty quick

The Smarty Beta does do pressure however I do not believe that they can do it with the control that you can with a plug in box.

If you are writing the ECM code you still have some limits. In a plug in box scenario you can pretty much do whatever you want with it. This is typically why the pressure boxes add so much bottom end to the downloaders. It is not the amount of pressure that is being done, it is when and what the pressure curve is.

Now, there are some products on the market now that do limit max PSI. You will have to aks each manufacture what that is. On our XZT boxes we keep it below about 25K.

The newer beta boxes will be able to set a MAX limit at some point, sort of like de-fueling but, it is just pressure limiting.

Even with dual cp3s? hmmm... This could be interesting. Also, does it have different levels?

Anybody on here using the ZXT/TST stack? Is the ZXT plugged in first to the factory MAP, and the TST into the Quad harness?
