yes it would.
The EZ claims to do boost fooling...and it does, half way.
It fools the computer to fuel harder down low but does not allow for any more than 32psi on the top end. I've owned 2 and both did the same thing.
Theres a guy in town running a Smarty/EZ/boost fooler stack....boost fooler def helps!
