edge bought out????
a freind of mine who sells performance stuff for diesels and snomobiles told me edge got bought out by msr{i think}and that you can buy msr stuff which is basically rebadged edge stuff for cheaper,any one else heard of this?

i talked to carson price over at edge and he said they were bought out by msd but i have not heard anything about buying there stuff cheaper msd did release the dash-hawk i believe wich looks like the attitude monitor

AHH, I thought that DashHawk looked familiar! That would be the reason...
I just checked out the MSD site, and it does have Edge Products right there on the first page

They got bought a long time ago!
The Dashhawk is a similar product to the Attitude but, it only works off of OBD2 data and does not have things like EGT on it like the attitude does.
I think it is aimed more at the gasser crowd.

Since MSD is an ignition company I would say that's spot on.
Edge, Superchips, MSD and Racepak are all owned by a private equity company. MSD was used as the primary company for all of the other acquisitions so when the fund matures they could be sold under one performance company for more money. That's the way I see it.
