I didn't even think to turn the Attitude to 0 before I checked and cleared codes with my Smarty. (Cleared codes only - I did not program in any Smarty programs.) When I started the truck up a couple hours later, the Edge shows it's initial "disclaimer" screen that you have to enter through - just like the very first (four or five) time(s) it was turned on after first being installed. My Hot level is now gone and the option to enter the Hot unlock code is back.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is this an Edge issue or is it my fault for clearing codes with my Smarty while the Edge is on a level other than stock?

Interesting. This is good info to keep in mind. I would just call Edge and let them know the unlock code is gone and you need one. You paid for it. I would not say anything about the Smarty. Edge is great to work with if you can get through to them.
