Yeap! In a place where it is difficult to access in order to keep people from playing unnecessarily with it. Cummins says keep paws off unless have definite EMC fault code as verified by their tests. JMHO

We don't get any fault codes. It either stops running or runs away. We have replaced the throttle body sensor and it did good for a week. But, it's back again. If we disconnect the battery, it is good for awhile and comes back.
We are thinking electrical or electronic.
Thanks,

We started looking around at the ECM and found an after market module from DTT plugged into the ECM. We figure the people who owned the truck before us used it for a lot of towing and added this module. We unplugged the module and now we will see if this fixes the problem or if it returns.

I have a picture of it, it's on the drivers side of the engine. This was when I changed my lift pump. In this picture the fuel filter canister is removed. Look just above my catch bottle and you will see the large black multi-pin connector. That is the ECM, the silver looking box (compared to the dark engine block). You can also see on the connector the yellow VOID sticker that indicates if the ECM was tampered with. Hope this helps.
