Hi, I just recently put a Jacobs E brake purchased from Cummins on my 2000 24v. When I put the brake in it worked like a champ up until I got above 70 mph. What is happening is the brake it self is making a huge whistle from the vacuum canister where the valve is located. We adjusted the valve and it worked fine for a little while but then started the annoying noise again. Any thoughts. Does it have anything to do with the auto trans?
