Something don't sound right... are mustang dyno #'s lower than dynojet's?
Seems like your #'s would be higher with your mods.
Or, maybe I'm just stupid! I ain't trying to talk down to you or anything. I may just be uneducated....

Wow. Is your truck a SO?
I know Mustangs are stingy at times, but your numbers seem a little low...
You should be at 500 IMO with a programmer and a pressure box. IIRC I was at 480-ish with a Smarty, MP-8 and a SPS66 ('03 HO)

You should try ditching that Diablo, you would make some more power for sure.

the diablo makes great power on the 03-05s.you definatly should have been closer to 500 though.maybe your trans is slippin, the rkl tune with your turbo and no other box should have gotten over 400.

Your numbers sound right on.
Thats exactly what ive dynoed with similar mods and the same silverbullet on a 03.
My absolute best has been 439hp 907tq and lowest of 380hp 715tq w/o pressure box
All made with Smarty, MP8, Silverbullet, stock fuel
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQ741bFWfjc
Looks like the smarty may make a little improvment but not 500hp, if you want higher numbers out of your 03 your gonna need a TST and or injectors.

I thought a Smarty would bring a SO up to the same numbers as a HO (is that the term for a 325/600) I mean they would both have the same numbers after a Smarty. This thread talks about that https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...d.php?t=186452
I'd try a Smarty for the heck of it.
Also do a 1/4 mile and look at this page at the bottom for "find HP from ET" and "find HP from MPH". http://www.dieselinnovations.com/di.php?page=techinfo
The 1/4 doesn't lie (esp. for MPH, except allowing for stuff like spinning tires, etc. it assumes the minimum of degrading factors like manual transmission, etc.)
If by Silver Bullet you mean a 66 I would think there is more hp to be gotton there someplace.
I'm not trying to talk you down either, JMO (rather uneducated opinion IMO)

Thanks for the posts guys, It did seam a little low, its a H.O 03 truck, but if thats what it says then i guess thats what it is im sure with a modded cp3 and injectors i would have hit 500, oh well try some different programmers and add some more fuel.

something doesnt sound right i made 441 with predator rkl tune alone and 496 with quad pressure box on 100. stock turbo and fuel system. it doesnt do very well on the street cause the lift pump cant keep up in the lower gears but im saving up for a lift pump.

I made 220 rwhp over stock with just Diablo with a custom tune. Added about 30hp with a pressure only XZT and made the numbers in my sig with the lower power level on my VA duration box and a little H2O. I'd say his numbers are off also... but I don't know much about 03's.

Isn't there a correction factor for some dynos?
When I ran my truck on Johns dyno from Floor It Diesel I layed down 385/900
This was on my 03 SO, Tripple Dog on extreme stacked w/ a Stage ll Dr.Performance box and a AFE stage ll intake. Everything else was bone stock.
