Dyno'd the Truck....Six-Gun numbers
Dyno'd the truck at the Nor-Cal Dyno Day this past weekend.
The dyno was a Dynojet, running a correction factor of .93 (so you can pretty much add 7% to the numbers)
Dyno #1: Six Gun turned off. Intake, 4inch exhaust, Banks High-Ram
258hp at 2950 rpm (277hp corrected)
464ft.lbs at 2100-2900rpm (flat line) (498ft.lbs corrected)
Dyno #2 and #3: Six Gun on Level 6 (maximum)
349hp at 2600-3100rpm (375hp corrected)
651ft.lbs at 2100-2800rpm (flat line) (700ft.lbs corrected)
At 1st I was kinda disappointed with the numbers of the Six-Gun, but then again, the clutch slips almost all of the time now when its on Level 6. So I am not going to be to upset until I get a new clutch for it.
The entire trip being 1050 miles, it got a hand calculated 17.9 at average speed of 75-85mph on the road, with some in town, including the dyno runs, and some hard test driving....so not to shabby.

Is 277 hp normal? My 04.5 stock dynoed on a dynojet with 4inch magnaflow, k&n filter at 298hp and 549tq. I tried with the six gun on and it through a code on the dyno and did get it to cleared until i got home, i was so mad that i wasted $70.00 bucks. I'm going back soon to see what the six gun does stack with the bully dog power pup.
