I am not sure what the rail preasure is cuz I threw my quad gauge away it was taking out my RP sencer out. I no with out the mp8 my rail preasure is about 25k looking at the scanner.
For all the stuff I have done to the truck and tryed different things I can't seem to get anything to work I am ready to give up on this truck and get an 06 megga if I can find one.

Something is definatley up. Do you have a video of the run? You ststed that your boost used to be higher. So it is not fueling as hard or you have a boost leak somewhere. I had noticed my truck loosing power once and it was from manifold gasket leaks. Couldn't hear them or see them because it was in the rear. I just decided to take the turbo off and have a look and it helped dramatically. It can be something that small to mess with boost. Check for leaks, then maybe reload the smarty, have injectors checked out. Good Luck, you will find it.

I don't have a video of the run. Yea I will have to check out to see if I have a boost leak, And I thought I would try to reaload the smarty I will have to do some digging and figure out what is going on. Thanks

Anytime a person is running a pressure box or anything that increase rp, the valve should be capped, it's a one time relief and then needs to replace, ($$$).

Do you know where the press. valve is?? Find the line that goes back to the stock fuel filt. (acts as the return), now trace it back to the rail. The bolt that holds the fuel line can be pulled out, tapped (1/8'', same as the egt probe) then install a set screw/plug with loc tite and let it set up. That way in the future, it can be undone and still didn't cost hardly nothin'.
