Planning on goin to scheids next weekend and am gonna be putting a arson III on my truck. May possibly have my twins on also. What numbers should I expect with mods in my sig plus arson III with and without twins. Running smarty version TNT. Would I benifit from stacking tst on with this?

I think the 64 will clean those stix up pretty well so prob won't see too much diff with the twins. I would say with the arson you will be around 575-600. Good luck.

From what ive been reading the 03's can gain huge benefits from the TST, BUT just remember start out on LOW settings with the TST and work your way up to find the happy zone!! Just be CAREFUL with it.......

I aagree with the above... say 575-600 would be a good zone to look for.... Good Luck man!!!!!!!

I ran a 64/71/13ss with Flux 3's on a stock pump. With Smarty TNT/r and Edge EZ. I managed 3 consistent runs of 598.7hp without any tuning or messing with the Smarty.

I would try running level 8 and throw some pressure at it with just a little timing. Like Timing 3 or 4.

Look at my sig, it says there at the bottom what I made with this stuff. but at that time I think my clutch was slipping. I am going to the Dyno this Saturday with a buddy I am just going to put my truck on there to see if numers changed or not.. Thats with Beta 4.2 Level #9 and Mp-8 at 100%, anyone think that Level 8 is better?

Did not mean jack thread, Based on my findings with My truck, I would think you would be some were between 515 and 550 hp.

I dynoed 5,7, and 9 and got my best numbers on 5. I think because of my stock cp3 was running out on higher settings. I would say your clutch was def slipping, or the dyno operator didn't load it good. See if you get good boost on your next run and that will let you know how well he is loading it. I got about 40 psi and see 48-50 on the street. You should also be over 550 even with an early 04. It also depends on the dyno and the operator.

If I screw in the boost elbo set screw I can get like 53psi of boost on the street. If I back out the set screw like an 1/8 to 1/4 of a turn the boost drops to 40psi.. I remember that last time on the dyno I seen about 48psi or so I was wondering if I should turn that screw back in or not?

justin allan, I think your numbers are low and maybe you are right about the clutch slipping. I made 500hp on my old 03SO truck with just an HTB2 62/12 turbo, 40hp injectors, TST R47, Edge EZ, FASS, and Airaid intake.
