ahh.... those guys over there kill me!
BTW, Diesel Durangos are presently being sold in Brazil. Diesel's are also in PT Cruisers in Europe.

Toyota has an overseas diesel as well. STraight 6 turbo-d that I would like to see in the USA.<br><br>But we americans have all those enviromental standards and groups that 1) make a diesel a difficult and expensive thing to design into a car or lighweight truck 2) we choke them with EGR systems on these lightweight vehicles that make it nearly impossible to make power out of small engines.<br><br>Catch 22 if you ask me. I am surprised the Big 3 even bother with diesel power in anything other than heavy duty trucks.
