Dually spacers
Hey guys. Im wantin to run 265s all the way around on my dually. Ive got a set of 16x8 rims that are going on the front and im keepin the stockers on the back. 265s will fit easily on the front, but on the back i think they would be too close for comfort. What size spacer do i need and where can i get em?

I have done all the layout on 265-75-16" you will need 1.5" min to get over the rear studs but this would provide minimal loaded clearance. The math shows a 1.75" spacer will give you equal clearance to factory size, 235-85-16", using a standard 5" offset dually rims. Most people just buy 2" spacers. On your second gen I believe the rims are hub centric and they are flat faced so your spacer just needs one set of holes and one set of studs.
As for tires I not sure what your intentions are? but I plan on using the new firestone destination m/t. They have a E rated 265-75-16"
you can read a great adventure about an around world trip using the firestone destination m/t.
