Dually rear tire psi. What is correct?

I am getting uneven tire wear on my rear duall's. The outer tire seems to be wearing more quickly than the inner even though they are the same PSI. I tow a 5th wheel often so I usually just leave the rears at 65psi. Should I be running less air when not towing and should the inner/outer psi be staggered at all?

Thanks for any input

I believe 65lbs. psi is the max. as indicated on the door sticker. Inner tire wear is normal. Meticulous rotation is the solution that I have found.

I run 30 in my rears to get them to wear evenly. The outer tire will wear out faster than the inner unless you rotate them.

Tire guys say 25-30 psi when empty if you don't want to wear the centers. I'm about 29 or so.
