Dually box fenders ?
HI Guys,
Managed to do a real stupid thing today - backed my truck into a tree trunk that was laying horintal, on top of some rocks, with the end sticking out some four feet. Managed to break the fiberglass/plastic fender that bolts to the side of the box, over the dual rear wheels.
So:
1) What material is this part made out of? Can it be repaired by the average owner. What material is required to fix the repair (resin, hardener, wire reinforcing etc?).
2) Does anyone know the best place to purchase a replacement of these fenders - preferably in Canada. Any idea of the cost - I expect it will be quite costly :-(
Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
mariner
