What dual disk would be best?

With the mods going in per my signature, I need a dual disk to hold it. The question becomes what plate pressure. I do some light towing and need it to engage with at least some smoothness. Mostly to move it under a hoist.

At present I am considering the SB 3600lb 12cb.
Its two wheel drive so I don't see it sled pulling at all. I would like to try it on the track however and will certainly put it on the dyno. The rest of the time it will be my daily driver.

What has been your experience?
Thanks

P.S. I will be going bigger on the injectors in time

I've got the 3600 6 CB clutch. Had it for year and half. Holds good, you can shift it nice and smooth, although shifting does take longer. I get vibration around 1700 rpm with it, but mine is a solid hub style, not the sprung hub like the new ones.
