Drivers door switches

The panel that the window/lock switches are on is loose. Is there someway to fix it without replacing all the switches? I haven't taken the door panel off because I can't get door handle loose.

You don't have to take the door panel off to work on the switches. Just take a small screwdriver and pry up on the trim around the switches. They are held in place with plastic snaps. A replacement switch is about 1 Benjamin and takes about 5 mins to change.
