I want to put a drive pressure gauge in. Do I drill another hole in the manifold? Also what kind of a boost guage do I use? Thanks,

This has got gauges for sale , home page , DTR store ,
As long as its one of the name brands you see a lot in peoples sig. , then it just what your like .
Hot much HPs are your going for ? 50 lbs is a # that many say is going to blow head gaskets , with what you have listed , you may want to start saving for a custom trans , the stock ones do take much HPs .
Your set up may be up to 35lbs + , I like any gauge to have the normal opp. number to be in the middle of the gauge range - if average mid. is 20lbs , then max on gauge should be 40lbs , or 30 - 60 .

I used some copper tubing and the port for the egt probe with a cheap 0-60 pressure guage to check drive pressure. Do you want to check drive pressure or set up a permanent guage?

I want to make a permanant mount one. Wouldnt a regular boost gauge melt?

You will need copper tubing and, IMO, a filter to keep soot/carbon out of the gauge. Some say not needed but over time I believe you will clog the line. Any air pressure gauge will work and yes, just tap another hole in the manifold.

There is another option I saw on Lazarsmiths truck, but don't know if he (XLR8R) is marketing them not?? Might contact him and see...it's a two in one... single hole set up! Very slick!

I did mine as it was reccomended to me.

I used about 6 feet of 1/8 inch copper tubing. Most of it in a coil. I made the coil by wraping the tubing around a spray paint can. From there I connected to standard 1/8 inch plastic tubing and then the gaugle. The coil disapates the heat. You will still get some soot, and have to eventually replace the tubing.
