Is the downpipe for H2E same as HX-40?

Is the downpipe for H2E same as HX-40?
I have a H2E turbo on the truck right now. I have a Silver Bullet coming and it uses an HX-40 downpipe. Will my downpipe work on this turbo?

Nobody? I've been searching on here for awhile and not finding much. I think they may be different. Where can I get a HX-40 flange, maybe Napa. They are just a 4" v-band right?
