Down but not up......

So I'm driving to work today and roll the passanger window down and now it won't go up....

any ideas on what this could be? Or how I can get it to go back up at least till I can get whatever part I need?

Try bumping the door with your hand down low while hitting the button. Could be a stuck motor, window regulator, or bad motor.

Probably just the switch, you can take it apart and lightly sand the contacts to regain a quality connection in the switch.

Are the windows manual or power? It is probably the switch if they are power. If they are manual, the slider tends to fall off the bottom of the glass.

My truck did that one day, turned out to be a loose fuse in the side of the dash.

Try pulling it up by hand while someone pushes the switch. When these motors start to go they can get a flat spot in the windings and if you get it moved a tad will work again (until you hit that spot again)

You can at least get it closed till you can work on it
