Door lock woes..

Door lock woes..
Ok well i have been having issues with my power door locks on my 95 ctd ram. It kept blowing fuses well i got it working somehow now and the drivers side will do both sides BUT the passenger side will only lock but it wont unlock. Would this mean my pass side switch is the source of my problems? i hate electrical, just drives me nuts since i don't know much about it.
