Hey Don, I posted a thread here a few weeks back wondering when my injectors would be arriving. Still havent seen them? I understand that you must be covered up but, havent been able to get ahold of john at floor it to see when they would be arriving. Was gonna PM ya but guess youve got it set up so that you cant recieve them. Thanks in advance for your services and look forward to hearing from ya.

Another week has gone by. Any word yet? I'm really not trying to do any bashing here, just trying to figure out what is up with the injectors is all. Thanks

How long is Don M's turn around time? My truck is a daily driver and I thought I'd send my injectors in to have them repaired if something is messed up. Got Flux 3's nozzels on them, but I'd like to see what size tips they really are.
Also, I will be sending my injectors from Brown's Diesel. So Don M. What is your turn around time roughly in this upcoming week? Since it is my daily driver and I'd like to get some new dyno runs and 1/4 times in Redding for it.

On Don's end, turn around was only a day or two. Aside from that, I could've got them as quick as I wanted to pay for shipping. Mine were there and back in about a week!

Please call John. I am waiting on authorization for the repair work. I have had the nozzles ready for multiple weeks or longer.
I need to clear this work as fast as you want it done. Believe me, I want em out of here and complete as well!!! I cant move forward and open up new orders until these back ordered jobs get finished. Im being held up here too.
If you cant get John, call another dealer to take it over or I can ship them back incomplete.
Im as frustrated as you are

I hope you get it sorted out. I understand Don's side, but that does stink for you. For the life of me I can't even imagine why anyone still does business with floor it. Talking about a gamble. I know if I ever get around to sending mine in they will go through one of the more reliable dealers. Good luck.

I am thinking about sending my injectors to Don M as well. But I will be using browns diesel to send them. Said it might be a week or two to get them back. So if it only takes Don a day or two to repair stixs and send them back.
Guess it all depends on shipping then. How much does shipping roughly run for 2 day? Thanks
Bump for guy with problem. Floor-It is hard to get ahold of. I been wanting to try John's Stage 4 pump, but he hasn't replied or called ever since our 1st talk.

Hey Don. I have spoke with John. He told me on Tues early am that he had spoke to you and all were in the works. I am a buisness owner myself and understand that there are times that a subcontractor doesnt have time to call the client, however. Imagine this, I am building a house for an individual, i tell him that the house will be under roof in 3 weeks. He tries to call me 3 weeks later to ask why it isnt under roof, at week 6 i finally answer the phone and tell him that the shingles are on back order for another 5 weeks. I'm gonna be out of buisness quick that way. I have been very kind, and will continue to be very kind(because I understand) however, I feel like if you have had my set of injectors for (unsaid amount of weeks) waiting on John to call, that is unfair to the customer. I included a phone # in my shipping. I am willing to pay whatever the cost for the repairs to them. Also, I'd like to (as soon as they are complete) get them next day aired back to me as I am out a truck for my own buisness. Thank You DonM, I really, Truely hope that you do not think that I am bashing you in any way. If I didnt feel that you were the best than I would have never sent them to you. Don, You do make the best injector around. Period. Thanks for your understanding. (if I could PM you this, I would have) If youd like to PM me requesting my # than I would be much appreciative,(just to know what is going on, thank you buddy)
