There are so many possible variables to your situation that an answer is hard to make without seeing exactly which inner, and outer, wheels you are running.

I am assuming you have a factory original steel wheel on the inside, and an after-market aluminum wheel on the outside.

The first generation Dodge trucks used "coined in-coined out" wheels, and an aluminum outer wheel is not going to register with the "coins" on the inner wheel, thereby letting the inner wheel slip-slide wherever it wants, possibly chewing the studs off in the process.

Are you familiar with how to seat the dually type wheels on the front end, so they will be centered ? This could be where you are getting the vibration.

Shaking rattle a roll yep

I had the same problem what happened was a tire shop installed the wheels wrong they didn't line the PIN up and just cranked the outter wheel down with the air wrench .... this can be easily done believe it or not in turn the rims were bent which gave me the vibration. Pull your wheels off and look for the PIN then look for the damage on the outter wheel where the hole was missed. That what happened to me and the tire co Sam's bought me new rims
Hope this helps
