I found this picture on a F*rd website. I don't know anything about it, but the guy who took it said he couldn't believe it. Anybody know anything about the picture? http://community.webshots.com/photo/125718259/125723644TlpMPd

Yep, I agree. The trailer likely weighs more than the silo. But then again, it's likely a max capacity load when you drive a F**d[laugh] [laugh]

When you guys said silo I had to go look. I was thinking of a silo like we have around here. 100 foot tall and 30 or so foot in diamiter and usaly made of brick or concrete. some of the newer ones are fiberglass lined steel. When it popped up all I saw was a little baby grain bin. That thing dont wheigh more than 3 ton. Bins that little are mostly used for dumping wet corn out of the feild into and then feeding out of there into a dryer, before going into a much larger bin for storage. It may have been a bulk feed bin as well for hog confinments. Around here theres a huge diference between a grain bin and a silo. If he would have had a silo on there I would have been like:o .

You can take to boy off the farm but you can't take the farm outta the boy. This board is a wealth of knowledge and I love it. Sides that I'd rather spend my time down farm roads. On the Interstates folks just ain't too friendly.

Now that was funny[laugh] [laugh] [laugh]
It's amazing what those FERD boys find our Rams doing. I guess they have nothing else to do except see thes type of things because they always ask their Ram buddies to do all the real work because they do't want to get those FERDs dirty or have them go back to the shop from working[laugh]
