how do you pressure test intercooler?

how do you pressure test intercooler?
anybody know how you can hook up to the 3in. line going to the intercooler to pressure test it? It is a 98.5 24 valve cummins

With some mechanical skill you could make a adapter from 3" pvc pipe and make a cap. Then drill the cap to fit a air chuck. Just make a cap without the hole for the other side. It wouldn't take much to make. Also fill out you sig. so we know auto, man. and all the goodies.

i made an adapter for mine with a piece of 4" exhaust pipe (4-5" long); welded a 1/4" piece of metal for a cap with a 1/8" NPT weld fitting for guage, chuck, ect.; then found a piece of 4" Goodyear radiator hose or PVC rubber coupling; hose clamped them all together on the turbo inlet; then regulated 20 psi into that to pressure test the whole system. will post pics when i get a chance.
the dodge house was trying to find the source of a hesitation i have and their tool fits inside the turbo inlet and seals the system, but a phat shaft 62 has a bigger inlet than a hx 35.
