Where do you get a Service manual

Where do you guys get your Factory Service Manuals for these trucks?

I bought what I thought I needed, but it must be an Update or some other silliness.

What exactly should I look for to cover the whole truck, and where did you purchase yours from? I dont mind buying it on CD, but printed would be preferred, as I like to have it in the truck for those times on the road where you would pay anything for the info.

Thanks for any help. ( P.S. Ive already searched on Google, Ebay, and factoryautomanuals.com if thats any help )

what you are looking for is the Service Manual, and diagnostic manual(s) is useful too.

I got mine off eBay. It's the real deal, cost me about 70 bucks plus shipping, but it's WELL worth it.

The factory service manual from the Tech Authority runs right around $95 before shipping. Luckily they are darn near in my backyard so I just picked mine up.

I still downloaded it though, It will help in other areas, and I like to know as much as possible even if it does have too many valves......

That being said, I found 1 on Ebay, and thought I had a chance, but it bloody well went for almost what a new one from Genos is, so today I am ordering one from him, and getting a couple of prefilter kits and fuel filters to throw in the truck.

Thanks again for helping a newbie out, you guys are great!

I bought a CD manual off of Ebay. It's fairly complete but a little hard to locate things. I also phoned the dealer and got a 1-800 # for the factory manuals. I think they quoted me about $5 or $10 less than Techauthority but that was a couple years ago.
