someone's gonna yank the ad so here

"1993 DODGE RAM 350 CUSTOM LE 4X4 Automatic. 5.9L CUMMINS powered. This is a good solid old truck. Has a dana 60 front axle and dana 80 rear axle with 3.55 gears for fuel milage. Has recently had a new injection pump, transmission, tranny cooler, radiator, stereo system, and cb installed. This truck is clean, no leaks anywhere! Tires are good. Rocker panels have been patched but rest of truck is SOLID. Interior is clean and smells good! New paint on bed and new lights in bed. MUST come see and drive for yourself! 330K on odometer but runs like new. Power windows, locks, mirrors.

ASKING $6500. or best offer! NO TRADES...NO TRADES...NO TRADES. CASH TALKS!! WILL DEAL WITH YOU. MUST SELL!"

It's a Black CC dually w/ flatbed. looks pretty clean but the pics are kinda small...

Overall I'd say have a look at it, sounds like a decent truck, but only way to find out is to look at it.

Seems like he wants a good amount for a truck with some issues....But If you could get it for 5500 I think it'd be ok. and it's as nice as it looks in the pics...I wonder what the patches in the rockers look like though....

Your from PA so you should know to look for rust!!

Look at the cab mounts, Leaf spring hangers, part of the frame around steering box, brake lines, and importantly , the gutter on front of the roof!!

You probably know this, but the truck is on E-bay too. It has a bid of just under 2500.00 on it right now with under 4 days to go. He might be easier to deal with when his time is close to running out. I don't see it doing the kind of money he wants, but who knows.

Let us know how it goes.

and if you're looking for a truck then PM me.

Amazing how many there are out there. I guess it's time to part it out if no one wants it.

On the ebay ad it has ALOT more pictures that are bigger, You can see the paint is burned off the roof but it doesn't look like too bad of a truck. as long as it drives good that is

As long as it has been maintained, that is nothing for a Cummins. My daily driver swap truck has 313K and runs better than the 93 I owned with 123k.

Maintenance is paramount!

Hell that truck would do $6k here in Kansas even with the repaired rust. Extra cab duallies are worth their weight if they aren't complete **** boxes. Hell even the **** boxes still bring good money.

If your looking for a truck that is a good one to start with as long as it passes inspection.

Odds are here in PA if it has 300K miles that were put on in year round driving it will have more rust issues than just a small hole in the rocker. I scrapped a 92 two years ago that had rocker rust starting only on one side however the frame had extensive rust with at least one crossmember supporting the fuel tank that was half gone. The rear drivers side cab mount cab support in the floor was settled in and the cab was resting on the frame. Here in PA the truck beds are the first part to dissolve from road salt. That's why we have so many trucks with flat beds. That truck looks nice and maybe the miles were put on as road miles in yearly trips going south or somewhere else. Maybe some of the body panels have been replaced but you would have to sort that out. My advice would be do a through underside inspection on any PA truck before you do anything else.
