How do I remove driver seat cover?

How do I remove driver seat cover?
I need to remove the driver seat cover on my 99 quad cab. I have removed the seat and dont see how to remove the cover. Do I need to remove the seat cushion before I can remove the seat cover on the recliner portion.

From what I remember, take off the bottom cushion which is held on with four bolts, then undo the seat belt strap so you can slip it through the seat cover and then you should be able to see what holds it on, I belive it has a zipper on the bottom and maybe a couple of hog rings holding it to the seat about half way up.

Don't mean to hi-jack your thread, but since we're on the seat topic, are the driver and passenger side seat bottoms interchangeable? The doo side of my driver seat is starting to break down a bit, and I want to swap it over to the other side where it won't be noticed.
