What to do for more power?

Hey guys, I have a early 04 3500 quad cab short box 4x4 4.10 gears with a new ATS stage 1 ( no bilit inputs )and 5 star TC. I currently have a bullydog torque dog module (run it on high setting always) and an Airdog 100. The exhaust is stock for now and the stock airfilter box with a trueflow filter and gutted intake tube and silencer ring removed. Other than that all stock. I do have a EGT gauge installed already. What mods would be suggested for a bit more power and possibly a bit more fuel economy? I was thinking of an exhaust 4" aero or mbrp and maby a smarty or Banks IQ. How do the Exiliraider units compare. Very limited budget BTW.

without the billet input you are running in the danger zone i dont think you would want to go over 450 horse. so a smarty would be a good way to go.

Thnx guy, I also don't tow more than say 9k regularly sometimes a bit more and have no desire to sledpull or dragrace. Don't get me wrong love to get on it a bit torque is a beautiful thing and meant to be used so the skinny pedal gets pushed hard but is all this bilit shaft stuff really all that necessary. I mean seriously how many actual dailydrivers and general toyhauler, boat haulers that dont drive like total azzhats are breaking shafts? No offense meant to real and regular sledpullers and racers this big $ parts are a must then. I'm talking is the average joe with some tuner, exhaust and stock turbo are breaking shafts and flexplates. educate me. I want my truck to last but use it near its potential.

with 315's you will be pressing your luck thin without the input shaft. Had a friend break his using just an exhaust brake and manually shifting while pulling a 17k load down a steep pass. He downshifted and once his tranny reacted he heard a pop and lost all drag. The shafts are not great in these....billet is like a 600.00 insurance policy. Beats a 5000.00 rebuild.

OOps changed sig. 285 bfg on now for about 8 months. Going to Hancook rf 10 when i have $$. Just had trans installed. hope i don't kick myself for no bilit shafts. Stock trans lasted 140K doing all my normal driving and towing with the bullydog on high setting for over 85k miles. ? still remains how many or guess of % of people have had shaft breakage with relatively mild power?

Get a 351 turbo, ats manifold and full 4" exhaust for more power. Intake horn and the PSM buick airbox mod would help some too. I have similar mods and run a SMarty JR and she hauls well for me. I have a 6sp though.
