Dmax upgrade in power??

Dmax upgrade in power??
When I test drove my parents new truck, the dealer dude was telling me that in 05, Chevy is going to bump the power up in the Dmax's by 40 hp and anyone with a pre 05 Dmax can come in and have their computer retuned to get the extra hp. Any of yall heard anything about this?

All there doing is reflashing the computer and programing it to advance everything. If your parents still have the truck then tell them to take it in. Its all cause of the emission stuff. :
Plus they want to be the top for power wise. Just like Ford is the 1st then Cummins then Dmax. Dmax is gonna take the lead next year. Then Cummins will take it.
