DiPricol Fuel Line

Ive had my Dipricols for about 6 months now and the fuel line keeps bursting. Once under the hood, and the second under the dash. A buddy had the same problem?? Is there another type of turbing that will actually last??

I suggest not using a mechanical fuel pressure guage and definately NOT running fuel into your truck. I run an electric guage and sender. More money, but it's worth it cause I don't get the hassles you just mentioned. Plus no isolator to mess with even if you went that route.

I am using 1/8" copper tubing on my dipricol mechanical gauge....no problems.
Should be able to find tubing most anywhere, I got mine at NAPA.
The same ferrells and fittings that work on plastic will work on copper tubing.

Yep I run copper into the cab also. No problems yet running 20 to 25psi.

Copper is probably fine... but to me it's too soft and vibrations may cause wear that can cause a split in the line. IF, and that's a mighty big IF, I were to run fuel into my rig, I'd use a high pressure hydraulic line with pressed on fittings. Then I'd feel safe...
