Dinger dings for no apparent reason while driving down the road
And will not shut off untill the key is shut off. When restarted all seems OK. This is on the 99 3500 4x4 6spd quad cab. All the gages are well within specs when this happens. That chime will drive me crazy (short trip) in a short time! Any thoughts? Thanks

I think one dinger does all of the warnings. low fuel, check gages, key in ign with door open, headlights on with truck off etc.
The speed of the dings seems to match the headlight function.

At this time it is a intermitent pain in the ....... Seems to only happen in a lot of traffic or where it is hard to pull over to cycle the key
