My truck seems to be a bit down on power, so I pulled the cover to the AFC to see if the pin was all gummed up or something and I found there is a small tear in the diaphragm so I guess it is not working. I cleaned it and sealed the hole with silicone and reinstalled it and it seems to have made a difference in power. Where can I get just the diaphragm for this pump?
Also inside the bore where the pin goes is the pin that contacts the taper from the side, is this supposed to retract when the throttle is released or is it returned by the spring returning the diaphragm?
The marks on the pin look deep and short.

I dont know where to get the diaphragm, but the pin that rides on the pin (if that makes sense) will have to be pushed in with a screwdriver or something if you cycle the throttle with the tapered pin out. In other words, its returned by the spring returning the diaphragm.
