Diamond eye exhausts?

How is everyone liking these exhausts? The price seems great and the pics look better. I was looking for an exhaust for a newly aquired 97 powerstroke and saw they also have one for the first gen but have seen there are some issues with the clearance on a 4x4. How are the mounts? Is it a fairly easy bolt up out a weekends worth of cutting and hacking to get it to fit? For the price I want to pull the trigger.

Great product, I sell a lot of them even though you can't see them in our online store. Fitment is tight, that is the only complaint I ever hear about them, but the love them once they are installed.

Send me a PM if you like and I will shoot you the DTR Member price on the unit you are looking at.

I don't have one, , but I've heard nothing but good things about them. It's my understanding the tightness has been worked on, although I may be wrong about that. I thought they now made different sized DP's for the D and W models.

Good stuff. Even though they had a fitment problem, it was still good. Those that had the problem and reported it, got a new down pipe with a better design. I'm getting my replacement install now. I had to put a 4" flange on it.

I got one on my truck. It's a well made product. Some of the downpipes would get hit and be dented by the front driveshaft yoke but as I understand it, it's been addressed and the problem has been corrected.

I put one on my 1993 W250 in Sept and love it, it fits really well and installed easy took about an hour or so, alot easier then the 5" MBRP kit on my 1999, my down pipe got taged by the front yoke, so i called Diamond eye up and they revised the down pipe after the first kits went out, They sent me a new revised down pipe and 2nd pipe no cost to me, had it in a week. I will be buying another kit for my 1993 W350 really soon, great product, price and the customer service is awsome.
