I have heard extremely good things about this one, you can even reflash the ECM with current programming. It even states that it will work with Cummins, Dmax and Powerstroke.
http://www.autoenginuity.com/
There is also the Smarty for reflashing and simple code retrieving and clearing

Auto Enginuity works awesome. Great program. I recommend you order the ENHANCED CHRYSLER POWERTRAIN addon though. It about doubles the price, but it is well worth it.
Reads any sensor on the truck, including when you dome light is on, brakes lights, turn signals, cabin temp, everything. Pretty sweet for diagnosing problems. And it can datalog which is nice.
