Need a lot more info , incomplete ?
How big of battery , how drained is it , how old , at what RPM , what gauge of jumper cables ect .
The best thing would be to tell what it is your doing , can not tell you how long to get somewhere if you do not say the start points & where your going .

Yes it will. There are several guys I know that have sleeper trucks and they run either 1 or 2 extra batteries. They have them isolated from the truck with a large relay, so you can run off the batteries when parked and not drain the oem battery. The truck has no problem recharging the batteries, and these guys are doing this on a daily basis. I am in the process of mounting an aux battery myself and will wire it the same way.

720 cranking amps, 600 cold. 115 amps per hour. still over 50% charge is say, not lower than 10.5 volts. not old, less than a year, and very few cycles, like this is the first time its been run down! rpm would be at idle, 800 rpm. jumpers are some good ones, nice and thick, not cheep thin ones.

im going .................. DO WHAT??

iv been using it with a 200 watt power inverter to power my computer. it draws 85 watts.
