There's not much you can decipher from the actual serial number besides model year, assembly plant, and engine. What you need to do is send an email to the Dodge website and have them send you a build sheet. There is a thread on that here somewhere currently with the info on who exactly to ask. I'll see if I can dig it up.

I think they should have put 610ft lbs correct?
