Dads got me working again, New project!!!

Well some of you might remember that last year my dad (who now has 5 first gens) had me do two auto to nv4500 conversions and a complete body swap on another. Well Monday of last week he decided to buy another off Ebay. Its a well optioned 92 W250 with LS, overloads, LE, 7"X10" mirrors, and currently 355k on the odometer. Its unbelievable but the original owner had every piece of paperwork that he ever spent on it. From the original window sticker to every part ever purchased. Being this is the second reg cab he has I thought since the body is very rough (upstate NY winters), that I remember a mid 80's truck up in PA that was a factory W250 reg cab with a factory 8ft utiline bed. Thats right a factory 8ft utiline bed. Dad and I are making a road trip in the morning to see if the owner still has it and if they would consider selling it. I know some might think it would look stupid but I am stoked for this one. Its been about 10 yrs since I saw the truck but remember it like it was yesterday. Baby blue truck that was used for truck pulling. Very clean. Anyways, here is dads newest addition.

Well the plan was to ride up into central PA and buy a factory 8ft stepside bed. But the owner isnt wanting to part with it. He gave us two leads to other ones. But I really wanted his because other than alittle surface rust on the floor its in perfect condition. They are so hard to find!!! I know, what isnt
A rust free cab will be a job but not impossible. I hope we get to use one of those beds. For those who have never seen one. No joke, on a moderately lifted truck the affect is awesome!
