Low end you will
I have an electric exhaust cut-off before the cat and you notice a loose of power in the low-end but on the freeway and when pulling a trailer you will notice a gain. Plus it sounds ridiculously loud 
i love the sound and people get scared when you drive past them. I've made people drop there drinks and jump when you floor it next to them.
