Cummins Road Relay
I was curious if this was only for the bigger motorhome type cummins engines? Has anyone ever seen one used on a 5.9 12 valve?

You won't get it for a 12v for sure , there isn't really any electronics to monitor that your gauges don't already do, there MIGHT be a version of it that can interface with a 24V ecm , but I Don't know that for sure.
