Don't know what happened to the original post which was about the stumble of my 99QC ???, but the truck in question would be Mac1's truck.<br> Here it is in its early development.... pre-grinding of the Dodge logo off the valve cover Also pre-twins turbos. <br>It's also got a leaf sprung Dana 60 in the front.<br><br><br>

I've seen guys put in the 3.9L 4 cyclinder ISB Cummins in Chevy's as well. Them bomb 'em to get more power.

I've seen 2 Chevys with 12vs installed. One had the engine tilting slightly to the left, simular to the Chrysler slant 6, for hood clearance.<br><br>At the Egde dyno day last June, the 2 highest hp Fords had CTDs installed, and were haed and shoulders above any of the other Fords there.

Actually I know a guy that got tired of putting GM motors in his Hummer. He installed a CTD with a propane kit. That was the last time he ever had a failure. Rest of the truck is a piece of junk but that engine keeps on purring with out a hitch..

There is a Red Dully chevy in Cynthiana Ky with a 12-valve installed, some of you may have seen it at BMD, it has one stack. I've also seen a older chevy like an 80s model with a 12 valve in it at Schied diesel extravaganza. They had to use a large cowinduction hood and had no fan on the engine to make it work? Wes

I know a guy that has a cummins in a 82 4door, 2wd dually, with allison auto. Talk about a waste of money , put in a truck that can handle it. .
