Hey all,

Well my check engine light came on the other day so i did the diagnosis and i found at it was the cruise control code number 34. I'm confused as to where the " cruise control" is located, and if its an expensive fix.

I don't know what year truck you have, but if its a year with a crank sensor you might want to check that the water pump pulley didn't wear a hole in the wire going to it. I had that problem when my truck wasn't charging. If I remember right that sensor controls the cruise, charging, and AC.

That means one of the circuits that runs the cruise servo is either open or shorted.

yea thats what i'm trying to find, i don't know where the cruise servo is.

Driver's inner fender. Got wires and a vacuum line and a cable that loops around and goes the the throttle bellcrank.
