Angry Couple of Codes that won't clear!!!

I have a CE light on after getting out of the stereo shop. So I pulled the codes with my flaspaq and the first one was a PO191 which had to do with fuel rail pressure, and the second due to an "incorrect transmitter key"(??)

The rest were for lost communication to the factory stereo components so they don't bother me, but I was curious since the codes won't clear with the flashpaq, did I do something to the fuel rail? I checked the motor and no diesel leaks, and I don't think that the flashpaq could hurt the motor like a bullydog or another tuner, as it is pretty tame in comparison, and I am NOT stacking any other tuner on there. I think the incorrect transmitter key might be due to the remote starter brain on the alarm, but the fact that they won't clear is buggin the crap outa me!!!
