Question could it be?

I was under the truck this weekend changing the diff. fluid for the second time and noticed to my amazement that my drive shaft looked to be made of aluminum! Truck has 30k on it an not a spot of rust on that shinny drive line. I am going to take a magnet to it and see if it is aluminum or not but it sure looks like it. That could be why I do not have a vibrator. Anyone else have what looks to be a aluminum drive stock from DC or know if some of the 04's came with one?

It's not aluminum, it just hasn't rusted. Mine started getting little spots of surface rust on it in the summer so I just went ahead and painted it before the rust set in fully.
