What could it be ???
Everytime I take off from a dead stop, I feel some driveline vibration. This only happens during the first 2 seconds and once the truck gets rolling the vibration disappears. What could be causing this issue? I'd like to fix this before this gets worst. Please advise, I'm all ears. Thank you.

what have you checked? also the vibration you said you feel it. where do you feel it. steering wheel, butt, floor board on feet.
when my rear u-joint and yoke went out I felt it in the but and steering wheel. front shaft on my truck I felt it steering wheel and some on the floor board. bearings that I have had gone out where quiet at first then they were noisy all the time but felt no vib, I would think a out of balance tire or bad tire would give you a feeling at higher speeds than lower. check you u-joints. if you have a carrier bearing on the rear shaft see how much play you have. well I hope that helps some.

I apologize for not being more specific. I feel the vibration coming from the rear of the truck. I guess I kinda feel it on my butt too. It can't be the tires since it only happens the first 2 seconds. No vibration at high speeds or at the steering wheel.
I have not checked anything since I don't really know where start and I'd thought I'd ask the experts first. Thx.

Like Katoom sez and be sure they work smoothly the full movement. My '92 front u-joint/rear driveshaft/front half would get stiff before the trans/transfer case yoke made contact with the driveshaft yoke.
