Coolant leak...

I have what seems to be a coolant leak from what appears to be the head. Its located right above the water pump on the front corner of the head and block. It seems to only leak when I am pulling a trailer or getting on it hard. It is starting to show more of a build up where its been running down the block. I kinda put two and two together, I know its the head gasket. Does anyone know where to get the best replacement head and what I need to do to make this thing hold some boost and more fuel. Sorry its so long thanks.

I just had my head gasket replaced yesterday. I needed the truck back quick or else I would have sent the head to be o ringed and ported. I also watned to beef up the head studs but did not have the time. If you have the time do these things you will be able to hold alot more boost without having to worry about the head. Oh well I will have these things done when I upgrade the turbo later next year.

As far as the gasket I suggest using one from the Cummins house. I picked mine up from Cummins for a little over $100

Shouldn't need a replacement head, just a gasket. Now would be the time to upgrade to studs.
