Took a test drive in a new 325/600 cummins and my 02 with the VA box and a set of 275RV injectors just flat out runs the new ones. My truck just seems to pull harder thru every gear, never had mine on a dyno but does mine make more hp/tq than the new one.

It's not directly comparable, but see my signature for dyno results for my truck with EZ and DD2 injectors. The 4.10 gears hampered me on an inertial dyno - the numbers would be better with 3.54's.

For comparison, the stock 325/600 Cummins trucks look like they dyno around 270-275 BHP and 500 lb-ft according to some results posted on another forum.

Does the new 2004.5 have the clutch design as the 2002 HO?

I do not think the clutch is the same in the 04.5, I took a 6sp for a test drive and the pedal was very soft and the truck had a shudder on take off like the 47re auto trans.

Naw, that's the rear wheel HP/TQ numbers from the dyno.
325/600 is at the flywheel.
