Just installed the commander and zillaraider but still have the bypass plug installed. But with just with the commander installed I threw a few codes. I doubled checked all connections.

Codes

113
118

69

Thanks

Something is or was not plugged in when the key was turned on.

Not sure where to tell you to start but, it looks like the key got bumped on during some portion of the install???

0193, 0237, and 0069 have to do with the wire harness for the module plugged in and something not seated correcly or something un plugged.

The others are likely from the Coolant temp sensor????

I would check everything very good, make sure they are tight and locked in and start the truck. If it starts and runs good you probably fixed the issue.

The light will stay on for a day or two depending on how many times you start and move the truck. It will keep checking those signals and when it detects NO faults for a certain amount of time they will clear themselves.

If you go to start the truck and it does not want to start or runs funny you know you still have something plugged in wrong, backwards or the connection is not complete.

Still throwing the same codes tried everything. Could this be causing my problems. See Pic. The short male conector on the fuel sensor plug? This is the only thing that I was able to find its about 3/16 of inch or more shorter than the other two.

I had the same code problem because I first had a plug 180 degrees wrong, I think the map sensor? It plugged in and I couldn't really tell which way it went but guessed wrong. Then I started it before I put in which chip that I have and my truck info and it threw some more.

Once I fixed those I unhooked my batteries for a while and my CEL went off and lost all codes except for the 0193 that has been there for a couple of months now.

More Info

With everything plugged in it idles very rough and misses.

changing nothing but unplugging the fuel sensor and reinstalling the stock plug in the fuel rail. Start it up and runs perfect. I am leaning more and more to the plug issue in the pic above.

Check that you have a good ground and not on a cast or aluminum part, or have undercoating under it... It can make the commander do some crazy things, but with a good ground all should be good. Also could have something to do with the plug as well
