How come I am getting 45psi, with no boost fooling??

How come I am getting 45psi, with no boost fooling??
I thought that I wouldnt be able to go over say 32 or something like that without boost fooling. But I just put on my new 60psi guage today,, and just like that there I am at 45psi,,,, not that I am complaining,, but what happens when I stick my juice back in there with boost fooling, will I be running more boost>??? Im kinda confused

Your turbo controls the boost manualy, a boost fooler should not affect your actual boost pressures now but it can lie to the factory ecm for you so you dont get overboost codes. But I dont think 03s had electronicaly controlled boost anyway.

But thats the thing,, Im not throwing any codes. And I dont have my juice hooked up right now,, weird ,,, oh well,, it sure is fun.

The Diablo boost fools...just like the Smarty...well sort off. The don't trip over boost codes...because the program is written to accept higher boost.
Fuel equals boost...the electronic wastegate opens when it is told to.
