Code P0628

OK...first thing to do is completely remove the power adder. If it's a programmer, return back to stock, if it's a box like Edge or MP8 or Diablo, completely remove the box and all wiring and return to stock. If the problem goes away, you can start troubleshooting from there.
Honestly though, P0628 is almost certainly a dead lift pump, and the only way to fix it is remove and replace the old one from the back of the fuel filter assembly, or remove the old one and add an aftermarket pump somewhere along the way. If you don't want to upgrade to the factory in-tank replacement, you can add an AirDog 100 outside the tank and not have to do anything else except remove the old lift pump.

Yes, 0628 is the Lift Pump code.. I get it constantly from having a FASS pump instead of using the factory in tank pump.
If you don't have a aftermarket Lift pump, I'd say yours is going out.
And I want Definately replace it with an Aftermarket Air Dog or FASS with a filter / water separator (2 micron) system... These CR's NEED CLEAN FUEL, or you will be buying injectors soon...
